Jack Wheeler

Jack Wheeler has over 15 years of experience in management and consulting roles. Currently serving as County Manager for Steuben County since May 2008, Jack Wheeler previously held the position of Deputy County Manager within the same organization. Prior to that, Jack Wheeler worked as a Security Consultant at IBM Global Business Process Services from May 2006 to April 2008 and as a Graduate Fellow at James Madison University from August 2004 to May 2006. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Professional Sales Representative at Heron Hill Winery from May 2003 to August 2004. Jack Wheeler earned a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Public Administration from James Madison University and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Geneseo.
