Don Park

Don Park has a diverse work experience in the food and nutrition industry. Don started their career as a Graduate Research Coordinator at Colorado State University, where they developed new value-added products and studied their chemical compositions, sensory properties, and shelf life. Don then worked as a Research Associate at Texas A&M University, focusing on investigating the sensory quality and oxidative stability of meats and meat products. At Nutraceutical Corporation, Don served as a Director of R&D and a Formulation Team Manager, overseeing the development of various dietary supplements and functional foods. Don later joined Pfizer as a Principal Scientist in Flavor Application, working on R&D and flavor application projects for dietary supplements, functional foods, and OTC drugs. Don then joined Steuben Foods as the VP of Product Innovation & Application, where they played a crucial role in introducing and growing nutritional products, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful completion of projects. Don's expertise lies in product development, formulation, flavor application, and innovation in the food and nutrition industry.

Don Park has a strong educational background in the field of Food Science and Technology. Don obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Chungnam National University, where they studied from 1984 to 1991. Don then pursued further education at Colorado State University, where they completed a Master's degree in Food Science from 1992 to 1995. Don Park's academic journey culminated in the completion of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Food Science from Colorado State University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998.
