Alessio Bonati

Alessio Bonati has a strong background in various industries. Alessio began their career at Ericsson as a System Engineer for 3G Mobile Systems from 2000 to 2003. Alessio then worked as a Product Manager at OVA from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Schneider Electric as the International Portfolio Manager for Europe. From 2008 to 2010, Alessio served as Business Development Manager ELAMEA at OSRAM, where they were responsible for managing an international team and overseeing the Lighting Management Systems (LMS) business in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Alessio then moved on to become the Head of Business Development EMEA at OSRAM from 2011 to 2013, where they successfully increased LMS turnover by 100% in three years. Alessio continued their career at OSRAM as the Sales & Marketing Manager EMEA from 2013 to 2016. Since 2016, they have been working at Stevanato Group, first as the Head of Product Management and currently as the Head of DCS Product Development.

Alessio Bonati completed an MBA Business Administration Master's program at Bologna Business School from 2003 to 2004. Alessio then pursued an Executive Coaching Program at the same school from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Ferrara between 1993 and 2001. Recently, in 2020, they enrolled in the WOBI School of Management for the WOBI Managerial Learning Programs. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as workforce transformation, leadership, talent strategy, management, and high-performance teams from WOBI in 2021.
