Caterina Tringali

Caterina Tringali has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. CATERINA started their career as an Account Manager at Randstad in 2005. CATERINA then moved on to work at REWE International AG as an HR Administration professional for two years. In 2007, they joined Gottardo SpA as an HR Business Partner and Administration Manager, where they worked until 2012. Following that, they joined the Stevanato Group and held various roles, including Corporate HR Administration Manager from 2012 to 2015, HR Manager from 2016 to 2021, and HR Country & Industrial Relation Director from 2022 to the present. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, EMEA Regional HR and Industrial Relation at Stevanato Group.

Caterina Tringali completed their education in 2004, obtaining a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Giurisprudenza. Prior to that, they attended Liceo, but there is no specified degree or field of study for that period. Caterina also received a Diploma di Coach Professionista INCOACHING™ from INCOACHING™ S.r.l. in 2022.
