Erin Monette-Owens

Erin Monette-Owens has extensive work experience in the fashion industry, primarily in the field of handbag design. Erin started their career as a Handbag Design Intern at Highline United French Connection in 2015. Following that, they worked as a Freelance Footwear Designer at Global Brands Group, where they researched trends, created presentation and trend boards, and completed CAD and line art for both presentation and technical packages. In 2017, Erin joined Steve Madden as a Freelance Assistant Handbag Designer, eventually working their way up to Associate Handbag Designer, Handbag Designer, Senior Handbag Designer, and currently, Design Manager Handbags. Erin's experience and expertise in handbag design make their a valuable asset in the fashion industry.

Erin Monette-Owens earned their Bachelor's Degree in Accessories Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Erin attended the institute from 2011 to 2015.
