Tina Bearden

Tina Bearden has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Intern in Recruiting & Talent Acquisition at Smartlink, LLC in 2015. Tina then moved on to Bloomingdale's, where they served in the role of Merchant Operations from July 2016 to December 2022. In 2021, they began working as a Freelance Commercial Photographer, specializing in lifestyle, product, and movement photography. Tina also worked as a Freelance Photographer for Steve Madden, starting in November 2021. Currently, Tina holds the position of Art Director, Retail at Steve Madden since January 2023.

Tina Bearden attended Mountain Lakes High School from 2008 to 2012. Tina then went on to Loyola University Maryland, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from 2012 to 2016. At Loyola, Tina pursued a dual major in Sociology & Communication, while also minoring in Marketing. In 2019, they completed the CORe Credential of Readiness program at Harvard Business School Online.
