Nithya Lavu

Nithya Lavu has extensive experience in energy analysis and sustainable design, currently serving as Principal Energy Analyst at Steven Winter Associates since June 2013, previously holding the position of Energy Analyst. Nithya also served as Part-time Adjunct Faculty at the City University of New York from August 2012 to June 2013 and worked as a Building Performance Analyst at Ebert & Baumann Consulting Engineers, where responsibilities included building energy modeling and LEED documentation. Nithya holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Early career experience includes a role as Junior Architect at KS Kumar Consultants, focusing on the design of educational institutions and campus master planning.
