Karen Stearn

Karen Stearn has over 25 years of experience in human resources and training, currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Stevenage Borough Council since February 2017. In this role, Karen is responsible for updating and creating employee records, processing annual leave, and providing HR guidance to both managers and staff. Karen also supports the recruitment process by advertising vacancies and coordinating interviews. Previously, Karen worked at Sainsbury's from 1994 to 2016, holding positions such as Regional Store Trainer, Assistant Manager, and Customer Service Assistant. Karen's education was completed at Monks Walk from 1976 to 1981.
