Amanda Rassi

Amanda Rassi is a skilled HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as the Director of the HR Search Practice at StevenDouglas since July 2013, Amanda has played a pivotal role in connecting top talent with corporate clients across various industries. Prior to this role, Amanda was a Manager at the HR Association of Broward County in 2023 and has also served as a Board Member for IMMERGE, where a recruitment department was built from the ground up. Amanda's earlier experience includes roles at TEAM, where responsibilities encompassed both HR Generalist functions and full life cycle recruitment.
