Andrew Steele began their work experience as a trainee at Robson McLean in 1994. Andrew also worked as a trainee at Morton Fraser in the same year. Steele then worked as a solicitor at Freshfields from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a solicitor at Finers Stephens Innocent. In 2001, Steele became an associate at Freehills, where they stayed until 2003. In 2004, they became a partner at Stevens & Bolton LLP and assumed the role of Head of Real Estate in May 2016. Andrew currently handles all aspects of commercial property work for the firm.

Andrew Steele attended Hutchesons' Grammar School from 1976 to 1989. Andrew then went on to pursue a degree in Law at The University of Edinburgh from 1989 to 1994, where they earned an LLB (Hons) degree.
