Rich Pelinka

Rich Pelinka has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rich began their career at Lemna International in 1993 as a Purchasing Manager, working there until 2000. Rich then joined Tierney Brothers, Inc. as the Director of Systems Integration, where they stayed until 2011. In 2011, they moved to Capitol Sales Company, initially as an Inventory Manager and later as the Director of Operations, until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Director of Operations at Metro Produce Distributors Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Stevens Equipment Supply, which they started in 2021. Additionally, they also worked as an ERP Implementation Manager at Stevens Equipment Supply from 2021 to 2022.

Rich Pelinka attended Washburn High School from 1984 to 1987 and earned their diploma. Rich then pursued further education at the University of Minnesota from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources.
