Rachel Collins, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Stevens Industries, Inc., a leading wood manufacturer in the United States. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Peerless of America II, Inc. from 2014 to 2020. Rachel also has experience working as the Director of Business Development/Operations Manager at Innovative Staff Solutions from 2010 to 2014. Before that, they served as the Branch Manager at Opti Staffing Group from 1999 to 2010. Rachel's early career included the role of Light Industrial Account Manager at Adams and Associates, Inc. from 1998 to 1999.
