Ashley Scales

Ashley Scales, MS ODL, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement at Stevens Institute of Technology since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley held positions at Rockland Community College as an Executive Associate in Economic Mobility and Workforce Innovation and as an Instructor and Program Coordinator at Stevens Institute of Technology. Ashley has also contributed as the Interim Director of Admissions and Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions at Dominican College of Blauvelt, and co-founded Rhino Comedy while serving as an Instructor and Social Media Marketing Coordinator. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Admission at Teachers College of Columbia University and at St. Thomas Aquinas College. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Organization Development & Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Rockland Community College.
