Hady S.

Hady S. currently serves as the Director of Research at the University of Houston since November 2023 and has an extensive background in academic and applied research. At Stevens Institute of Technology, Hady S. has held multiple leadership roles since April 2006, including Director of the National Center of Excellence for Maritime Security Research, Director of the Sensor Technology and Applied Research (STAR) Center, Research Professor, Associate Dean for Research, and Director of Advanced Research Programs. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Strategic Business Development at both Telcordia Technologies and Ericsson from September 1986 to April 2006. Hady S. earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology between 1990 and 1995, and a bachelor's degree from Western New England University from 1981 to 1985.
