Paul Dungate

Paul Dungate is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in business law. Currently, Paul serves as Head of Business Law at Stevensdrake Solicitors, leading a team that handles corporate and asset acquisitions, complex contracts, and procurement tenders since June 2015. Previously, from July 2007 to May 2015, Paul was a Corporate/Commercial Partner at Brachers LLP, focusing on corporate law and complex contracting with a pragmatic approach.
