Marcus Spake

Marcus Spake is a seasoned attorney currently serving as the Managing Attorney at Stewart Law Offices since April 2020. Previously, Marcus held the position of Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney at Willson Jones Carter Baxley from August 2015 to April 2020 and worked as a Workers' Compensation Attorney at The Law Offices of Stefan R. Latorre from May 2013 to July 2015, where recognition as the 2014 Associate Attorney of the Year was received. Earlier roles include serving as a Contract Attorney with Synergy Legal Staffing and as an Individual Advocacy Team Intern at the Council for Children's Rights. Prior to entering the legal profession, Marcus taught Spanish at both Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and Lincoln County Schools. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree from Charlotte School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Appalachian State University.
