His unique background beginning as a union employee assembling engines at Harley-Davidson Motor Company provides him an unparalleled perspective most consultants are unable to bring.

Dave has 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry specializing in areas such as Organization Development, Change Management, Talent Management, Learning Development and Leadership Development.

He thrives at designing, delivering, and cultivating world class custom learning programs that bring people at all levels together for a shared purpose. He is best known for his genuine passion for developing great leaders through a caring and compassionate mindset. This approach challenges the status quo of the typical leadership paradigm and pushes leaders to be reflective in their quest to become the best version of themselves.

Before becoming a consultant, Dave spent three years at Allegheny Technology Inc. (ATI) where he built their Global Learning and Development function. He and his team launched several global programs like Business Acumen for Finance, Executive Presentation and global leadership development academy spanning from the Front-Line Leader to C-Suite. Prior to ATI Dave spent 22 years at Harley-Davidson, with 17 of those years in various Organization Leadership roles. Dave has been blessed with the opportunity to travel the world to places such as China, Singapore, Germany, Poland and Australia, bringing the language of leadership to many diverse cultures.

Dave received his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development from Marquette University and has several certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Gallup Strengths Finder, MSOE Project Management, LaMarsh Change Management, LEAD NOW! and Insights Discovery.
