Erin M. Ellis is an experienced leader with a diverse background in Human Resources. Throughout her career, she has worked with hundreds of internal clients, successfully identifying and creating solutions for their unique needs. She has developed a brand of being a trusted advisor and brings passion for partnership and solutions discovery to every client engagement.

Over the past twenty years, Erin has practiced Human Resources in financial services, healthcare, power and service/automotive sectors with General Electric Company and Hertz Corporation. Her background has breadth with demonstrated success in generalist and specialist roles. Erin’s career has been focused on client partnership, executive assessment and coaching, talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR Compliance, and process improvement.

She graduated from the University of New Haven with a Master of Arts in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Albright College. She is a certified practitioner/coach for the Birkman Method. In addition to her passion for developing talent, Erin also enjoys facilitating process improvement – she is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and Black Belt trained.

Erin is originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania, has lived in 8 US states, and has visited 46 out of 50. She currently resides near Fort Myers, Florida, with her husband, Wade, and their two sons. When she is not serving clients, she can typically be found supporting her sons on the soccer fields of Florida, or skiing and hiking in the mountains of Maine.
