Nathan Magnuson has dedicated his career to providing organizations with leadership and talent solutions that produce impactful business outcomes in an engaging, practical, and scalable manner. Nathan has partnered with all levels of leadership as a consultant, coach, and facilitator to enable leaders to solve complex leadership, teamwork, communication, and engagement challenges.

Nathan has spent 10+ years working in leadership and organizational development, both in corporate roles at Fortune 500 companies and consulting, supporting organizations such as Accenture, Tenet Healthcare, MASCO and others. Nathan’s projects have ranged from leading enterprise deployments to 10,000+ leaders to facilitating strategy and development sessions with small executive teams.

In addition to consulting, facilitating, and coaching, Nathan is the author of two leadership books, Stand Out! and Ignite Your Leadership Expertise, and over 300 leadership articles. His thought leadership has been featured in Forbes, Lead Change, Toastmaster, Ziglar and other publications.

Nathan’s leadership experiences have also been shaped by military service as a member of the U.S. Army Special Operations, which included a 12-month deployment to Iraq in 2008. Nathan is from Kansas City and resides in Texas.
