Prior to founding a talent-solutions consulting organization, Tyra held an executive position with a private equity backed collision repair organization and multiple executive positions with Robert Half International. Previous to her focused career in human resources, Tyra specialized in meeting the business needs in multi-family and residential real estate, title insurance, auto finance, and the manufacturing industry.

With over 20 years of public speaking and facilitation to various sizes of audiences and disciplines. Her dynamic and influential facilitation and presentation skills allow her to connect with any audience. Tyra is a facilitator for Association for Talent Development, the world’s largest talent development organization.

Tyra earned a promotion to the organization’s first-ever female vice president in less than one year for her successful and proactive initiatives. Tyra created and managed the company’s M&A training integration strategy while directing the design, development, and execution of multiple operational and leadership conferences, one of which was cited by the CEO as “the best conference our organization has ever had.” Tyra was selected to represent the organization by conducting interviews with leading industry publications and news outlets, contributing to organization’s listing as a Dallas Business Journal “Best Places to Work” company for four consecutive years.
