Daniela Bassan

Daniela Bassan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Since 2006, Daniela has been a partner at Stewart McKelvey, where Daniela currently serves as Chair of the IP Practice Group and is a member of the Partnership Board. Prior to this role, Daniela was an associate at Goodmans LLP from 1998 to 2001 and was a Judicial Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada in 1997. Daniela holds a LL.M. from Harvard Law School, an LL.B. from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School, and a B.A. in Languages from the University of Toronto, with additional studies in Italian Renaissance Drama at the Università di Siena.
