Mark Tector

Mark Tector is a seasoned legal professional specializing in Labour and Employment Law and Litigation. Since January 2010, Mark has served as a Partner at Stewart McKelvey, having previously held the position of Associate at the same firm from March 2004 to December 2009. Prior to that, Mark worked as an Associate in Employment and Labour at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP from September 2002 to February 2004. Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of New Brunswick, obtained between 1999 and 2001, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Mount Allison University, majoring in Philosophy and Japanese, with a minor in History.
