Currently, as the Manager of Administrative Services at Stewart McKelvey and the Chief Culture Officer at Murphy Hospitality Group, Rachel focuses on team development, company culture, and leadership. With a background in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Holland College and a degree in Strategic HR Leadership from Cornell University, Rachel brings a combination of operational expertise and human resources knowledge to their roles.
