Rebecca Ho

Rebecca Ho, M.Ed, is the Manager of Academic and Administrative Services at Simon Fraser University, overseeing the new School of Environmental Science since its inception in April 2019. With a focus on training future scientists to address environmental challenges, Rebecca also served as the Communications Officer for the Department of Economics, leading various communication initiatives while engaging students and alumni. Previously, as a part-time Academic Advisor for the Faculty of Environment, Rebecca adopted a holistic approach to support students' academic and career aspirations. An early career role as Undergraduate Secretary for SFU Economics provided Rebecca with valuable insights into university program administration. Prior to these positions, Rebecca co-founded U-Connect.ca, facilitating project connections between small businesses and talented post-secondary students. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Education in Educational Leadership, a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Education and Sustainable Community Development, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration, all from Simon Fraser University.
