Sam Olson

Sam Olson has a diverse work experience in the energy storage industry. Sam is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at E-DAPTIVE, a company that specializes in designing and manufacturing energy storage solutions for various applications. Prior to this, Sam held leadership positions at Voltabox of Texas, Inc., including President and Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Sam was responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, facility management, production, maintenance, supply chain, and quality control. Sam also played a key role in the industrialization of new products and the continuous improvement of the organization. Before joining Voltabox of Texas, they worked at CASADA Industrial as the Purchasing Manager and Sales Manager, where they focused on improving company processes, customer relations, contract approvals, and sales negotiations. Through their roles, Sam has gained extensive experience in various aspects of energy storage, manufacturing, supply chain management, and operations analysis.

Sam Olson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, which was obtained from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, Sam attended Texas Christian University and studied Computer Science, although no degree was specified. Additionally, Sam has obtained several certifications, including "Communicating with Impact for Managers" from ExecOnline in 2022, "Effective Corrective Action" and "Lean Manufacturing Certification" from the Southwest Research Institute in 2016, and a Forklift Operator's License in the same year.
