Previously, Bill held the position of Past President at the Association of Commercial Real Estate from January 2009 to January 2010 and worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Bishop Hawk Commercial Real Estate from January 1988 to January 1998. Bill's academic background includes a degree in Business with a focus on Finance from California State University, Chico, attended from 1984 to 1988, along with education at Sierra College and Oakmont High School.
