Debbie Matz

Debbie Matz is an experienced board member and advisor with a strong background in governance, financial oversight, and strategic policy development. Currently serving on the boards of Stewart Title, RenoFi, and elphi, Matz leverages expertise in the mortgage lending process and technology innovation. Matz's previous roles include Board Chairman of the National Credit Union Administration, where oversight was provided for over 6,000 federally insured credit unions, and Vice Chair of NeighborWorks America, supporting the development of affordable housing initiatives. Matz also held the position of EVP and COO at Andrews Federal Credit Union, focusing on management and process innovations. Matz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University and a Master's Degree in Political Science and Government from The George Washington University.
