Nicole Malcolm

Nicole Malcolm serves as the President and CEO of Affinity Land Services LLC, overseeing title operations since January 2012. In addition to this leadership role, Nicole holds positions as a title agent at Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title, and previously with WFG National Title Insurance Company and Old Republic Title, where responsibilities include issuing title insurance. Before these roles, ownership of Equity Land Transfer, LLC involved operating all aspects of the title business, along with experience as an independent contractor in various title companies and processing closing transactions. Nicole began the career in the industry with roles at S&W Closing Services, SIB Mortgage Corp., and Toll Brothers. Academic qualifications include a degree in Psychology from Bucks County Community College and attendance at Trinity Christian Academy.
