Zak Orelove

Zak Orelove is an experienced commercial title examiner with a diverse background in the title insurance industry. Currently serving at Stewart Title since February 2025, Zak has previously held positions at WFG National Title Insurance Company, Allegiance Title Company, and Zillow, specializing in examining properties across various states in the U.S. Notably, at WFG National Title Insurance Company, Zak focused on Texas properties, utilizing both in-house title searches and external vendor resources. Zak's career began in 2007 as a real estate title examiner at First American Title, and spans over a decade of expertise in the field, underpinned by a Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University.
