Richard Garrie has over 30 years of work experience. Richard began their career as an Avionics Specialist in the United States Air Force from 1988 to 1991. Richard then worked as a Telecommunications Specialist at House of Lloyd from 1991 to 1994. Following that, Richard joined Cass County Assessor's Office as a Staff Appraiser from 1994 to 1997. Richard then moved to Ritter Appraisals, LLC, where they worked as a Staff Appraiser and was later promoted to Senior Appraiser from 1997 to 2004. In 2004, Richard joined Forsythe Appraisals, LLC as a Branch Manager, where they successfully established the first branch in Florida and contributed to various aspects of the business, including programming, management operations, marketing strategies, and IT operations. In 2012, they started their own appraisal company, RG Appraisals, as the Owner. Richard currently holds the position of Chief Appraiser at Stewart Valuation Intelligence, which they have been serving since 2013.
