Ace Vincent Dapitilla has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ace Vincent started their career in 2005 as an SMT Programmer/Technician at Cebu Mitsumi, Inc., and then moved on to become a Maintenance Technician/SMT Programmer at Muramoto Audio-Visual Philippines Inc. In 2007, they worked as an IT Support Specialist on a freelance basis.
In 2008, Ace Dapitilla joined HETCO Heavy & Specialized Carriers Co. W.L.L. as a Personnel and Equipment Staff, where they managed employee and company asset records, monitored document expiration dates, and processed employee requests.
Since 2013, Ace Dapitilla has been working at STFA Construction Group as an HR Officer/Payroll Unit Chief. Their responsibilities include salary calculations, bank transactions, SAP system administration, project cost monitoring, talent acquisition, visa processing, and various HR-related tasks. Ace Vincent is also well-versed in Kuwait Labor Law, HR procedures, and software tools such as Microsoft Office and biometrics time control machines.
Ace Vincent Dapitilla began their education at Kidapawan Pilot Elementary School, where they completed their primary education from 1991 to 1997. Ace Vincent then attended Notre Dame of Kidapawan College, where they obtained their high school diploma from 1997 to 2001. Following this, Ace enrolled at Notre Dame University, pursuing an undergraduate degree in AB Philosophy from 2001 to 2002. Ace Vincent later attended STI - College Tagbilaran City Campus, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from 2002 to 2004.
In addition to their formal education, Ace Vincent Dapitilla received several certifications throughout their career. These include a Certificate of Training in Operation and Maintenance Course for Solder Printer Machines from Minami Machineries & Equipment Inc. in May 2005, a Certificate of Training in various quality control tools from Cebu Mitsumi, Inc. in October 2004, and various other certificates in topics such as document control, fixed asset and tooling management, ISO standards, soldering technology, ESD control, and safety orientation and emergency preparedness, all obtained in 2004.
