Katleen Pans is an experienced professional currently serving as Masterdata Manager at STG since April 2023, providing support to the commercial team in various processes. Previously, Katleen was a Team Lead for the Makro project at AUCTIM, overseeing the sell-out of assets for Makro Cash & Carry Belgium nv/sa for a brief period in early 2023. From 2015 to 2022, Katleen held multiple senior roles at Makro Cash & Carry België, including Senior Process & Masterdata Manager, Senior Process & Negotiation Manager, and Head of Own Brand BeNe. Prior experience at METRO AG included positions as Regional Fact Based Negotiations Manager and Regional Own Brand Manager across several countries. Katleen's career began at Makro Cash & Carry België in 2003 as an Own Brand Coordinator and Buyer. Educational qualifications include a Master in International Business from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce De Marseille Provence, a Master in Corporate Communication from VLEKHO Business School, and a Master in Economic Sciences from Economische Hogeschool Sint-Aloysius.
