Geoff Maracchini

Geoff Maracchini has over 20 years of experience in human resources and administration. Geoff currently serves as the Senior Principal and VP of Administration at STG Design since May 2023. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at HNTB, including Associate Vice President, Senior Human Resources Director, Human Resources Director, and Vice President, Senior Human Resources Director. Geoff also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Blackeagle Energy Services and as the Talent Management Leader at Parsons. Before that, they worked as the Division Human Resources Manager at Flatiron Construction Corp. and as the Human Resources Manager at Peter Kiewit & Sons' Inc. - Kiewit Offshore Services, LTD.

Geoff Maracchini earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Humboldt State University. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in Korn Ferry 360 and Korn Ferry Leadership Architect (KFLA) from Korn Ferry Advance in April 2019.
