Jan de Weer

Jan De Weer has extensive experience in finance and business intelligence. Jan is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at STG Design since June 2021. Prior to this, Jan worked at HOK from 1998 to 2021, where they held the role of Director of Business Intelligence and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). At HOK, they were responsible for developing and maintaining open source enterprise-wide BI tools and analyzing firmwide financial information. Before joining HOK, Jan worked as a Sr. Financial Analyst at Express Scripts from 2003 to 2004 and as a Business Manager, Contracts & Pricing at SRA International from 1992 to 1998.

Jan De Weer attended Duke University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
