Ms. Lee, founder of STGi, possesses more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of strategies, execution and leadership in government contracting. Over the course of her career, Ms. Lee has lead the transition and management of hundreds of business contracts to success. STGi's growth and success demonstrates STGi’s ability to rapidly adapt to new environments and responsibilities, to operate from a global perspective, and to integrate divergent concepts that result in creative solutions. Her expertise in building the management team to focus on recruiting, retaining, and motivating superior talent for optimum performance has also served as one of the key attributes to the company’s significant growth. Ms. Lee places special emphasis on fostering an environment for success through her dedication to empowering her management team. Ms. Lee actively supports professional, academic and civic organizations, serving on numerous executive boards. Ms. Lee holds a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Sciences from Texas Woman's University.

We provide critical medical services to correctional populations; primary care, women's health, mental health and ancillary services to our Nation's veterans in rural clinics; and critical training, technical assistance and grants management services to Head Start programs nationwide, supporting the school readiness and health development of children from low-income families.
