Patrick Carter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Patrick started their career in 1994 at Lowe's Home Improvement, where they worked for 10 years and progressed from an outside sales professional to a store manager. During their time there, they managed budgets, departments, and a large staff.

In 2004, Patrick joined FedEx Office as a Senior Center Manager. Patrick successfully managed a region of four locations, building strong relationships with government agencies, healthcare facilities, and convention organizations.
