Axel Stefan

Axel Stefan has a range of experience in various roles within the security and training industry. Axel started their career in 2003 at FIS GmbH, where they worked as a Quality Manager and Health & Safety Manager. Axel then moved into a sales role at FIS GmbH and later at I-SEC Germany. In 2009, they joined Brink's Sicherheit GmbH as the Director of Business Development. In 2014, they became the Director of Human Resources at I-SEC Deutsche Luftsicherhei GmbH. Finally, in 2016, they joined STI Security Training International GmbH as the Betriebsleiter, and then in 2017, they became the Managing Director.

Axel Stefan attended Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg from 1990 to 1994. During this period, they earned a Diplom degree in Pädagogik.
