Paul Debacker

Paul Debacker is a Senior Vice President of Operations with extensive experience in the transportation sector. They served as a Member of the CEO Staff at SNCB Logistics and later managed the Freight Wagon Fleet. They held the position of General Manager at Transurb-Technirail and were the General Manager at Sasa-Peugeot Habana del Este before becoming Vice President of Bus Operations & Maintenance at STIB-MIVB, a role they have held since 2014. Debacker also served as the Director of Rolling Stock at STIB-MIVB and recently acted as President of the International Bus Benchmarking Group from 2022 to 2023. They hold a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Sales and Marketing.
