Arnjah Dillard

Arnjah Dillard, CAPM, currently serves as the North America Retail Practice Lead at Stibo Systems since February 2023. Dillard is also an Advisory Board Member at the University of North Georgia's Mike Cottrell College of Business and a BrainTrust Member at RetailWire, both roles beginning in 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Merchandise Projects & Master Data Management at Floor & Decor from October 2019 to February 2023 and Director of Operations at THE AGENCY ACBH, INC from February 2017 to February 2019. Dillard's extensive background in retail management includes a significant tenure at The Home Depot as Global Sourcing Manager from March 1998 to October 2017, as well as experience as Retail Store Manager at Visionworks of America from April 2010 to September 2016. Dillard obtained a degree from Morris Brown College between 1984 and 1988.
