Simon Hartington

Simon Hartington serves as the Head of Strategy and Transformation at Stibo Systems since June 2022, focusing on supporting the global Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors in a SaaS transformation journey. Prior to this role, Simon was PMO at Stibo A/S, assisting the Group CEO and CFO with business transformation, which included M&A target screening and a range of strategic initiatives. As the Senior Strategy & Integration Manager at GRUNDFOS, Simon led post-merger integrations and contributed to M&A strategy development. Early career roles include Senior Business Development Analyst at Nissens and Strategy Consultant at LB Forsikring A/S, emphasizing strategy execution and corporate communication. Additionally, Simon co-founded and chaired the Academic Business Council and has experience as an external consultant for New Look in China. Simon holds a Master's in Finance and International Business and a Bachelor's in Economics from Aarhus University, with further studies at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
