Randy de Palma

Randy De Palma is an experienced professional in the field of chemistry and battery materials, having held multiple leadership positions at Umicore since February 2008, including Managing Director of Umicore Battery Materials Canada and Director of Operational Strategy and Support. Prior to joining Umicore, Randy served as a Doctoral researcher at IMEC from October 2002 to December 2007 in collaboration with KU Leuven. Educational credentials include a PhD in Chemistry from KU Leuven (2002-2007), a Master in Chemistry with highest distinction from KU Leuven (2000-2002), and a Bachelor in Chemistry with distinction from Hasselt University (1998-2000).
