Rob Regenboog has extensive experience in IT service management and support, spanning over three decades across various roles. Currently serving as a Volunteer Assistant IT System Administrator at Stichting AAP since November 2017, previous positions include Lead Consultant Service and Support at ProXcio, where responsibilities encompassed building a Service Desk and managing service quality. Notable prior roles include Process Manager at 2e2, focusing on ITIL processes and quality management, and Services Level Manager at Hewlett Packard, developing ITIL environments and managing change processes. Additional experience includes IT Intelligence consultancy, operations management, and helpdesk support across multiple organizations.
