Erik Geskes

Erik Geskes is a seasoned legal professional specializing in labor law, currently serving as a Senior Jurist at Stichting Achmea Rechtsbijstand since September 2013. Geskes has a comprehensive background in managing complex legal issues, including dismissal cases, workplace conflicts, and civil law matters. Previously, Geskes worked with FNV Bondgenoten as a Senior Legal Adviser where responsibilities included advising on labor law and social security law, mentoring legal center staff, and assisting organization members on compliance issues. Additional experience includes providing legal advice to detainees at the Willem Pompe Institute. Geskes holds multiple degrees from Utrecht University, including a Master in Law and Business and a Master in Criminal Law, alongside a Bachelor in Law.
