Marloes Kenter has extensive experience in youth policy and advisory roles within various organizations. Currently serving as an Adviseur clientbureau at Partners voor Jeugd since July 2017, Marloes previously worked as an Adviseur Cliëntenbeleid en Jeugdreclassering at Bureau Jeugdzorg Noord Holland from 2004 onwards, providing strategic advice to management. Prior experience includes roles as a Beleidsmedewerker lokaal jeugdbeleid at Stichting Jeugdhulp, where Marloes was responsible for reporting on local projects, and as a Onderzoekster at Research voor Beleid, involved in project research for the CWI. Additionally, Marloes has held a position as Projectcoördinator at the University of Amsterdam, coordinating research on crime and resocialization, contributing to a significant publication, and conducting sociological research for the Ministerie SoZaWe. Marloes holds a Doctorandus degree in Organisatie en Beleid from the University of Amsterdam and a degree in Personeel en Arbeid from HBO.
