Mirjam Zevering

Mirjam Zevering has extensive experience in the field of youth and family protection, currently serving as a Manager at De Jeugd- & Gezinsbeschermers since August 2007. In this role, Zevering is responsible for implementing court-ordered protective measures, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing the safety and development of both parents and youth. Additional responsibilities include coordinating new referrals for enhanced support from municipal programs and providing solution-oriented peer supervision. Earlier experience includes working as a Pedagogue at CareHouse, supporting children with behavioral issues, and serving as a caregiver in geriatrics at HilverZorg. Zevering holds a Bachelor's degree in Orthopedagogiek from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, with additional studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
