Xander Frencken

Xander Frencken is a seasoned professional in the field of youth and family protection, currently serving as the Manager for Regio West-Friesland at De Jeugd- & Gezinsbeschermers since March 2017. With extensive experience at BJZ Noord-Holland as a Jeugd & Gezinsbeschermer since January 2008, Xander has developed a strong foundation in social support roles. Previous experience includes a position as a Pedagogosch medewerker A at OCK het Spalier from June 1999 to December 2007 and as a School maatschappelijk werker at Vellesan College from August 2003 to July 2004. Xander holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociaal pedagogische hulpverlening from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2001, and furthered management education through an ISBW middenkader management opleiding from 2004 to 2005.
