Corine Gijzen has extensive experience in human resources, serving as HR-manager and Senior HR-adviseur at Stichting Het Rijnlands Lyceum since May 2018. Previously, Corine held the position of HR advisor at Hyva, where efforts included professionalizing the HR department, implementing performance management, and leading significant projects. As an HR consultant at MATT, responsibilities ranged from advising library directors on strategic HR matters to guiding organizational restructures. Corine also served as a senior HR adviser at Verus, where strategic HR policy development and project execution were key contributions. Earlier roles included P&O adviser at NLO and head of P&O at the Nationaal Archief, focusing on performance management and policy development. Corine holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and a Post HBO degree in Personnel and Labor from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
