Stuart Dekker

Stuart Dekker is an aspiring sports professional currently serving as a Sport Impact Trainee at More2Win since February 2025. With extensive experience in youth coaching, Stuart holds the positions of Hoofdtrainer and Co-Trainer for Young Leaders at Noorda en Co since July 2023, and Cruyffiaans coach MDT Heroes at the Johan Cruyff Foundation since October 2024. Additional roles include Ledenraadslid for KNVB Amateurvoetbal, societal football trainer at Alleen jij bepaalt wie je bent, and owner/founder of STUW Sportfoundation. Stuart has also contributed as an assistant football coach at FC Dauwendaele and has training experience with Willem II and Players United. Educationally, Stuart is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Speco at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a minor in Sport- en prestatiepsychologie at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
