Karin van de Wetering

Karin van de Wetering has extensive experience in childcare and educational planning, currently serving as a Planner for Stichting Kinderopvang 't Kickertje since July 2022. Prior roles include Kindplanner at Villa Bloom Childcare (July 2020 - June 2022) and Pedagogisch medewerker at Basalt, where contributions were made to create optimal environments for children with congenital conditions. At Okidoki Kinderopvang, Karin was responsible for maintaining the appropriate leader-child ratios across various locations. Additional experience includes a decade at Kern Kinderopvang, where roles spanned location coordinator, pedagogical staff, and personnel planner, as well as earlier positions at Zo Kinderopvang as a pedagogical staff member and deputy head. Karin holds a degree in Pedagogical Sciences with a focus on family pedagogy from Leiden University.
