Martijn Oonk

Martijn Oonk is an experienced information analyst with a strong background in healthcare and software development. Currently serving as an Informatieanalist at Livio since May 2025, Martijn previously worked at Sqills from April 2022 to April 2025 as a Product Owner and Information Analyst, where responsibilities included defining functional customer requests and translating them into implementation proposals for the S3 Passenger software, along with managing team planning in collaboration with the DevOps team and product management. Prior experience includes a role at Medisch Spectrum Twente, conducting process and information analyses during the implementation of the HiX electronic patient record, and working at Avinty, where Martijn translated customer requirements and regulatory changes into specifications for the USER electronic patient record while contributing to national working groups for healthcare funding systems. Martijn's educational background includes studies at the University of Twente and Radboud University.
